The buzz around the Internet is that the Tory Burch Spring 2010 collection can save retail fashion as we know it today. Even my dad sent me a link to an article in the New York Times about this, and this is not the proper audience for the retail Fashion Week gossip. This is high praise, but after reflection, I can not disagree completely.
Put simply, Tory Burch makes it very attractive to a variety of clothes women would wear, and this makes them at prices that are achievable for a retail audience, which most people show at Bryant Park would prefer to ignore. Perhaps for this young brand, continues to prosper while others struggle to do the red; The fact that she do the things I want to rip off the model and evening wear can not hurt, either.
Take a look at this little ditty pieces there. It is adorable with a skirt, but would probably be just as good with black skinny jeans, gladiator heels and a blazer friend. I would wear today. I want it for this weekend. It comes in other colors? The great thing is there are so many other pieces in this collection that I have exactly the same feelings about. Burch continues to mature and grow as a designer, and as she, her collections are only getting better.
